You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phl99 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phl99 Platform without the prior written consent of phl99.

The phl99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phl99 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
